Last month, it was revealed that Chinese mobile phone maker OPPO was gearing up to provide a successor to its OPPO N1 flagship handset.
The phone appeared online going by the name OPPO N3, and like the N1, it is expected to arrive with a rotating camera. Phones with rotating cameras aren’t something you stumble upon every day. You might remember that, back in the day, the Nokia N90 arrived with a peculiar form factor that let users adjust the camera points, but other examples are hard to identify. Anyway, the first image showing the OPPO N3 in all its glory has been leaked online and shows that the handset will indeed come equipped with a rotating camera that will help you capture high-quality selfies (as seen on GSM Arena).
Apart from this atypical camera feature, the N3 will take advantage of dual LED flash, but most of its specs remain a mystery. For example, we have no clue what kind of powerhouse OPPO plans to employ with its latest flagship. For the time being, take a look at the image to get an idea of the form factor of the new smartphone. The device does seem to have shed a few unnecessary pounds, and the rotating camera module is shown on top in form of a bulge.
