Samsung to Revamp the UI of Its Smartphones

Soon, South Korean mobile phone maker Samsung might bring a brand new user interface to its handsets, should the latest reports on the matter pan out.

According to leaked screenshots that emerged online courtesy of @evleaks, we might soon see a revamped TouchWiz UI loaded on top of Galaxy smartphones out there, though no official confirmation on the matter has been provided as of now. According to the leaker, Samsung is currently exploring alternative UIs for said handsets, though it remains to be seen whether it will indeed decide to adopt a new one soon.

Galaxy S5, long rumored to hit shelves as the next flagship phone from the company, might be the very first Samsung handset to sport the new UI. Until an official announcement on this is made, however, we’ll take the info with a grain of salt.
