
Chinese mobile phone maker Oppo has made official a new smartphone running under Google’s Android, one that was previously rumored to arrive on shelves as the slimmest handset out there, namely the Oppo R809T.
As it turns out, the device will pack a thin body, but not as thin as initially expected. It will measure 6.45 mm, while initial reports suggested that it might be only 6.13 mm thick (even so, it can still be seen as one of the slimmest Android smartphones out there). However, the device will still have appealing features and capabilities to offer to those who purchase it, starting with its large 4.7-inch touchscreen display, which can deliver a 720p resolution.
