The Haswell line of CPUs now has another all-in-one computer under its belt, courtesy of Micro-Star International.
Haswell is the codename used to refer to the latest generation of Intel Core i3, Core i5 and Core i7 central processing units, both for desktops and for notebooks. MSI has chosen to outfit the Adora24 AiO with Core i3 and Core i5 mobile multi-core chips. Adore24 isn't a new computer though. Just the latest to be getting this upgrade. All-in-One systems often have to use laptop components because they need to be very compact themselves, hence the use of mobile chips instead of desktop ones (they would be too hot).
MSI has also installed the NVIDIA GeForce GT 740M discrete graphics card, plus MSI's latest software tools. The MSI Adora24M and Adora24G with older-generation CPUs will be gone by the end of the month (October 23, 2013).
