Mobile phone users in India can now purchase a new smartphone from Spice, namely the Coolpad 2 Mi-496, which sports a price tag of INR 9,499 ($156 / €121) at online retailers in the country at the moment.
Packing a 4.5-inch touchscreen display and a 1.2GHz quad-core processor inside, the mobile phone can be seen on this page on Saholic, where it joins the previously launched Coolpad Mi-515 handset from the company, AndroidOS notes. The new smartphone packs 1GB of RAM and 4GB of internal memory, a microSD card slot, a 5-megapixel photo snapper on the back, with LED flash, 1700mAh battery, and Google’s Android 4.1 Jelly Bean operating system loaded on top.
Furthermore, it also features 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and aGPS, as well as Dual SIM (3G + 2G) support. No front camera has been included on the device.
