Finnish mobile phone maker Nokia has been rumored lately to plan the launch of a large Windows phone 8-based smartphone, and a blurry photo that allegedly shows the device is now available for your viewing pleasure, courtesy of Nokiaphones.fr.
The smartphone is said to sport the name of Nokia Lumia 1030, which means that it might arrive on shelves as a higher-end device when compared to the current Lumia 9xx handsets, as WPCentral notes. Nokia’s yet unannounced phablet might arrive on shelves with Windows Phone 8.1 loaded on top right from the start, which means that it might be launched only towards the end of the year (some recent reports suggested that it would arrive only in 2014).
For the time being, we’ll have to take the info on this Nokia Lumia 1030 phablet with a grain of salt, since it might prove a fake rumor, but stay tuned for more on the matter.
