Apple is reportedly getting closer and closer to the launch of two new iPhone models, one of which should become the company’s next flagship handset, namely the iPhone 5S, accompanied by a cheaper, “Light” model.
Although none of the two has been officially confirmed, we can now make an idea of what they might look like, courtesy of schematics that emerged over at case makers. Just as previous reports suggested, iPhone 5S should pack the same design as its predecessor, with the LED flash next to the back camera shaped as a pill, most probably courtesy of dual flash for increased brightness.
The iPhone Light model, on the other hand, will be thicker, taller, and wider than iPhone 5S, with an iSight camera, single LED flash, the similar placement of buttons and ports as the other iPhone devices, but with a different shape, as AppleInsider notes.
