A new mobile phone from Motorola has emerged online, most probably set to arrive on shelves in the not too distant future as part of the new X Phone lineup that has been long rumored to arrive starting with May this year.
No specific info on what the device might be all about has been officially provided as of now, but the smartphone has already been seen in the AnTuTu benchmarking application, with model number XT1055 attached, rbmen reports. Running under Google’s Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean operating system, the new device is also said to pack a 1.7GHz quad-core Snapdragon 600 processor inside.
With a score of 18252, the Motorola XT1055 is supposedly being tested in the United States at the moment, though it remains to be seen whether the phone will indeed prove real or not, given that benchmarking results can be tweaked.
