Script: Fast Secure Contact Form

Fast Secure Contact Form is a nice little script that can be installed on your server, and via a nice GUI can help regular and advanced users alike, generate a fully-featured contact form to be integrated within their website.

Fast Secure Contact Form comes in two versions, one for stand-alone websites running on PHP and as a plugin for the WordPress platform. In the PHP-based version, for every created form, the script provides a PHP snippet for embedding it in the desired location on the website.

For the WordPress version, for every created form, the plugin provides a custom shortcode to be used within posts and pages for showing the created form. Of course, the WP plugin is available in the WordPress plugin repository as well.
