PNY Technologies has just announced the new Transformer Attaché USB flash drive, on its official website. This is a very cool looking metallic USB memory stick with a capless design and a mobile hook-and-lock arm.
Unfortunately for the users that really care about their money and what they are spending it on, the Transformer Attaché USB flash drive is using the rather old USB 2.0 interface. We really don’t understand how and why did PNY Technologies think that launching yet another ordinary USB 2.0 memory thumb drive will help them achieve great sales or user popularity. The company claims that the complete metallic design of the Transformer Attaché USB flash drive will prove to be protective when it comes to the daily wear and tear and even says that the Transformer is water resistant.
